How to Register a BTCEX Account [PC]

1. Firstly, you’ll need to head over to the BTCEX homepage and click on the icon in the upper right corner.

2. Find [Register] on the right corner of your screen.

3. When the registration page has loaded, select your [Country/Region of Residence] and click [Confirm]. 

4. Enter your [Email], click [Password], and then input the code. Next, click Register.

5. Enter the Activation code you received from the email (Your email will contain the Activation code, which you can find in your spam or all inbox folders). Click Submit, then you all set! 
6. After completing steps one through five, your account registration is complete. 

How to Register a BTCEX Account [Mobile] 

Register via BTCEX App

1. Open the BTCEX App [BTCEX App iOS] or [BTCEX App Android] you downloaded, Click on the Register on the screen.

2. When the registration page has loaded, select your [Country/Region of Residence] and click [Confirm]. 

3. Put in [your Email] and [Password], Read the terms of service and click [Next] to confirm your email address after doing so.

4. Enter the Verification code you received by email, and click Next. 
 
5. Your account registration is complete.

Register via Mobile Web

1. Go to the BTCEX main page, and select the symbol from the top right corner.

2. To register, select [Register] from the menu. 

3.  Select your [Country/Region of Residence] and click [Confirm]. 

4. Put in [your Email], enter [your Password], Read The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and click [Register].

5. Enter the Activation code you were sent via email (Your email will contain the Activation code, which you can find in your spam or all inbox folders). When you click "Submit" you’re done!

6. Your account registration is complete.

1. Download our BTCEX App from App Store or click BTCEX: Trade Bitcoin Crypto.

2. Click [Get].

3. Wait for the installation to complete. Then you can open the app and sign up on BTCEX App.

1. Open the App below on your phone by clicking BTCEX: Trade Bitcoin Crypto.

2. Click on [Install] to complete the download.

3. Open the app you downloaded to register an account in BTCEX App.

Is the download of the program to a computer or smartphone required?

No, it’s not necessary. Simply complete the form on the company’s website to register and create an individual account.

How do I change my account email address?

If you would like to change your account email, please forward the following details to [email protected] from your registered email:

• your full name
• your registered residential address
• the phone number you registered in our system
• a selfie picture of yourself holding a valid ID (preferably the one you used to verify your account), and a pen-written note with the words “BTCEX email change"; your email address; the new email address, and today’s date. Please make sure the photo is as clear as possible so that we can read all the information.
